We are based in Avon Lake, OH, and work as a service-area business across Lorain, Cuyahoga & Medina Counties. That covers Avon, Avon Lake, Strongsville, Westlake, Brunswick, Bay Village, North Ridgeville, North Olmsted, North Royalton, Columbia Station, Sheffield, Sheffield Lake, Amherst, Fairview Park, Lakewood and Rocky River. Pricing does not change with the town.
Because we come to the property, there is no showroom to visit. If you would rather we simply looked at the place and told you what it needs, say so when you call and we will arrange it.

What happens after you get in touch
Reaching out to a contractor often means inviting a sales pitch into your home, and we have deliberately built against that. When you contact us you get an assessment and a number, not pressure to commit on the spot.
If a surface does not need doing yet, we will say so. If something will not fully come out, like oil that has soaked deep into concrete or grey that has gone into weathered deck boards, we will tell you that before the job rather than after it. And if we are not the right people for the work, we would rather say that too.
