What we actually promise

Exterior cleaning is unusual in that you can tell almost immediately whether it worked, and then again a few weeks later whether it lasted. Both of those are fair tests, so we cover both.

For 30 days after we finish, if something we cleaned has gone dirty again or we missed a spot, call us. We come back out and redo it, and there is no charge for that visit. You do not need to argue the point or prove anything. Telling us which job it was is enough.

The reason we can offer it is the method rather than optimism. Soft washing kills algae and mildew at the root instead of stripping the top layer off, so a properly soft-washed house does not go green again in a fortnight. If it does, something went wrong on our end and we would rather fix it than have you tell your neighbors about it.

What it covers

All five services: house and roof soft washing, window cleaning, concrete cleaning and sealing, patio restoration, and gutter cleaning.

What it is not

It is not a promise that a surface will never get dirty again, because weather, tree cover and how close you are to Lake Erie all keep working after we leave. And it does not cover things we told you up front would not fully come out, like oil soaked deep into porous concrete or grey gone deep into badly weathered boards. We flag those before the job precisely so the guarantee means something.
