Privacy Policy
What PowerClean Pros collects through this website, why we collect it, who sees it, and how to have it removed.
In Plain Terms
The short version
We collect two things: what you type into the estimate form, and ordinary website analytics. We use the first to quote your job and the second to understand which pages bring us work. We do not sell your information to anyone, and we do not send you marketing you did not ask for.
This policy covers this website. It does not cover other websites we link to.
What you send us through the estimate form
The form on this site asks for your name, phone number, email address, the address of the property, and a description of what you need. Along with your answers we record which page of the site you submitted from, and the date and time. That is the whole of it. There is no hidden field collecting anything else, and nothing on this site asks for payment details.
When you submit the form, that information is emailed to the owner and to a member of our team so one of us can get back to you, and a copy goes to the agency that maintains this website so they can confirm the message actually arrived. It is also written to a log file on our web server, because email can be filtered into a spam folder and a lost enquiry is a lost customer. We use it to quote the work, schedule it, and stay in touch about that job.
When you tap our phone number
Tapping a phone number on this site starts the call and also records that a tap happened. What gets recorded is our own phone number, the wording of the link you tapped, which page you were on, and whether the device was a phone or a computer.
It does not record your IP address, your browser details, a cookie, a session identifier, or the site you arrived from. We count taps so we know which pages make the phone ring. We are not identifying who tapped.
Analytics and advertising
This site uses Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking. Both are loaded from Google and both set cookies in your browser. Through them Google may receive your IP address, the pages you viewed, how long you stayed, how you arrived at the site, and general information about your device and location.
We use this to see which pages and which adverts bring in work. We do not use it to identify you personally, and the reports we look at are counts and trends rather than named individuals. How Google handles that data is set out in the Google Privacy Policy, and you can switch Analytics off across every site you visit with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Cookies
The cookies on this site come from Google, for the analytics and advertising described above. We do not set our own tracking cookies, and there is no advertising network following you around beyond Google Ads.
Every browser lets you block or delete cookies in its settings. Blocking them will not stop you reading anything here or sending us an estimate request.
Things on this site that come from somewhere else
There is a Google map in the footer of every page showing the area we cover. It is loaded directly from Google, so Google can see that your browser requested it, in the same way it would if you opened a map yourself.
We also link to our Facebook and Instagram pages. Those are separate companies with their own privacy policies, and once you follow a link off this site you are covered by theirs rather than ours.
Who else sees your information
Your enquiry is seen by PowerClean Pros LLC and by the agency that runs this website for us. Google receives the analytics and advertising data described above. Our web host stores the site and its log files.
We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not hand it to anyone else for their own marketing. The only other circumstance in which we would share it is if the law required us to.
How long we keep it
Estimate requests are kept as part of our business records, because a quote from two years ago is often the reason someone calls us back. Analytics data is held by Google under its own retention settings. If you would rather we did not keep your details once a job is finished, tell us and we will remove them.
Keeping it safe
The lead log sits outside the public part of the web server, so it cannot be reached by typing an address into a browser, and the site is served over an encrypted connection. Nobody can honestly promise that information sent over the internet is perfectly secure, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. What we can say is that we do not collect more than we need, and we do not pass it around.
Asking us what we hold, or to delete it
Email dmccrum15@gmail.com or call (440) 598-5665 and ask. You can ask what we have, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Tell us roughly when you contacted us so we can find the right record. There is no charge and you do not need to give a reason.
Children
This is a website for booking exterior cleaning on a property. It is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change how this site collects or uses information, we update this page, and the date at the foot of it changes with it. There is no archive of previous versions, so the page as it stands is the policy that applies.
