Why the town actually changes the job
PowerClean Pros is based in Avon Lake, on the Lake Erie shoreline, and works south and east from there across Lorain, Cuyahoga & Medina Counties. Over that spread the conditions change more than the mileage suggests, and the work changes with them.
- Along the shoreline. The lake is the dominant factor. Wind carries moisture inland and keeps siding, shingles, and glass damp for longer, which is precisely the condition algae and mildew need. House washing, roof soft washing, and window cleaning make up most of what we do there.
- Inland and south. The lake's influence falls away and elevation takes over. Brunswick sits at 1,106 feet, roughly 400 feet above Avon and Westlake, with no lake moderation at all. Water that gets into concrete pores freezes and thaws harder and more often, so driveway cleaning and sealing is what we are asked for most there.
- In between. The established suburbs. Strongsville and Westlake filled in through the postwar decades, so their surfaces are older and their tree cover is fifty years further along. That combination puts deck cleaning, gutter clearing, and roof soft washing ahead of everything else.

Do you charge more to travel to my town?
No. Pricing works the same way across the whole service area, whether you are in Avon Lake or Brunswick.
Why does my town need different treatment from the next one over?
Because the conditions genuinely differ. A lakefront house in Avon Lake sits in moisture off Lake Erie that a house in Brunswick, 400 feet higher and well inland, never sees. Brunswick instead gets harder freeze-thaw on its concrete.
